Writing a dissertation while working, Edi had difficulty dividing time and work. “On the other hand, I have to meet the demands of work that requires me to go abroad a lot. When I go out, I focus on working (my dissertation) in a hotel room. What was a threat became an opportunity. So, the blessing in disguise.

Another challenge is to change the practical pattern into a management pattern, but the promoter and friends of the class strengthen it until it can finally finish. “Maybe I’m a bit of a doctoral student whose master is not from a management background. My bachelor’s and masters are very technical. I also work in the technic industry and indeed to change the technical mindset into practice. To be honest, it’s an extraordinary challenge and makes me tired. At my office is technical, here (campus) studying management, ”
