Learning Resource Center (Library)

Central Library of FEB UI

FEB UI library occupies its own building covering approximately 4.700 sqm which consists of 5 floors. The building is located on FEB UI campus in Depok, exactly behind FEB UI student center building. The collection compiled in the form of books, magazines/journals, proceedings, theses, dissertations, internship reports, research reports, inaugural speech of a professors, and others including audio visual materials such as CD-ROMs, Microfilm, Microfiche. In addition, there is also an online database consisting of thousands of worldwide journals in economics, business, management, industry, social sciences and others related to it in the database Proquest, JSTOR and Elsevier. FEB UI library also has installed hotspot for wireless internet access. (http://rlc.fe.ui.ac.id/)

FEB UI student of all programs listed as students on a semester or academic year in progress is automatically a member of the library. How to become a member is by showing a student card and or payment slip of SPP/KRS and submitting the photo size 2X3 as many as 4 (four) pieces. As for general visitors are only allowed to read the FEB UI library collection in place or copy it in place of the copy in FEB UI by making special cards according to applicable administrative procedures:

Postgraduate Library – Learning Center

FEB UI Postgraduate Library which has now switched its name to be Learning Center is a joint library of the 3 study program, namely Postgraduate of Management Science and Economics. Postgraduate Library is located on the ground floor of the Library Building FEB UI Depok. The collection includes mandatory book, reference, supporting text books, CDROMS, Thesis (from PPIM, PPIE, and MPKP program), Dissertation (from PPIM and PPIE program), Scientific Articles, Scholarly Journals (printed, online), Daily Newspapers Tabloids, Magazines, and Videos (VCD/DVD). In addition to visit directly to Central Library FEB UI, visitors can see/know all library collections through online catalog “LONTAR” which can be accessed from the internet (URL: http://rlc.fe.ui.ac.id/pasca/ ).

FEB UI – Accounting Library Salemba

This library is located in the MAKSI-PPAK-PPIA Program, FEB UI building Salemba. The collection includes compulsory books, non-compulsory books, reference books, thesis and Final Papers, Newspapers, Tabloids, and Magazines, Printed and Online Journals, Financial Reports, database of Indonesia Stock Exchange and tax regulations, as well as other lecture materials (syllabi, handouts, cases, CD ROM).

FEB UI – MM Library Salemba

This library occupies the right side of the first floor of the building management master’s degree study programs of Indonesia University, FEB UI – MM Library Salemba provides a reading room capacity more than 60 people. To be able to obtain bibliographic data information of FEUI – MM library collection, visitors can access via internet at  http://library.mmui.edu. to search the collection of books and http://digilib.mmui.edu to search the collection of theses, articles, handouts, cases, and others.

Each student of FEB UI – MM study program automatically becomes a member of Library FEB UI – MM study program. Library membership is valid for one semester. Extension of membership will automatically occur if the student does academic registration. Membership information for alumni and other parties can be asked directly to the clerk of FEB UI – MM study program library.

FEB UI Library – Salemba

FEB UI Extension Library Salemba is located in building Extension Program, Salemba

Computer Lab

Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia has two unit computer lab located on FEB UI campus Depok and Salemba.

Computer Lab (Depok)

Located on the second floor of Building A, Computer Lab has 4 classes each has a capacity of 26 computer Pentium 4 units (25 Units + 1 Unit for tutor). The whole class is also facilitated with JUITA internet connection, LCD Projector and Air Conditioner. For students who want to use the lab outside course schedules, they can directly show the student card (KTM). Regular undergraduate student has a free print quota of 150 sheets per semester. To facilitate the free print, the print room is equipped with 3 units of computer Pentium 4 and 2 printers.

Computer Lab (Salemba)

For FEB UI campus – Salemba, computer lab is located upstairs of new extension library building. There are 2 classes and each has 35 computer units and 1 class has 30 computers Pentium 4. The whole class is also equipped with JUITA internet connection, LCD Projector and Air Conditioner.

ESAC (English Self Access Center)

ESAC is a facility provided by FEB UI, especially for its student, to learn and study English independently. ESAC  in FEB UI is intended so that FEB UI graduates can be reliable and proficient to communicate with the International language, so they are able to compete in the international job market in the globalization era. To be able to accommodate these goals, ESAC provides amenities including english laboratory, Discussion Corner, Presentation Room, Computer Corner, Listening Corner, Reading Room, Video Room consultation.

English Self Access Center is open to all students of Economics and Business Faculty. In addition, all students of various faculties and programs in the Environment of University Indonesia can also become a member of ESAC. To get an ESAC membership card (which should be shown in every visit to ESAC), students must meet the administrative requirements, such as by filling out a form and submit a photo.

PDEB (Pusat Data Ekonomi dan Bisnis / Economic and Business Data Center)

Economic and Business Data Center (PDEB) serves as a support system for database management and provider on economics and business in FEB UI to realize its vision of becoming the center of economic and business data provider in Indonesia which has the most complete variation data up to date and accurate, both in the national and global scope, PDEB until now always gives the facilities expected to be able to meet the needs of the teaching aspect, research and community development in FEB UI environment.

PDEB services:

  • The provision of data in the field of Economics and business.
  • Provision of FEUI Internal Journal database (digital version).
  • Training and Consulting in regards to the use of digital journals and Databases subscribed by FEUI/UI (Proquest, JSTOR, Osiris, Elsevier and Ebscohost).
  • Training and consulting in regards to the use of statistical software.
  • Training and consulting in regards to the writing of scientific reports.

 

Soeria Atmadja Auditorium

Soeria Atmadja Auditorium is the biggest Conference Hall in FEB UI Depok. Its location is strategic enough, i.e. within FEB UI Dean Office building. The building that can accommodate up to 340 people, it is often used for various activities both internal and external.

Activities that are often held in the FEB Auditorium, are among others, lectures, internal faculty activities such as the professor inauguration, dean election, etc., as well as student activities such as seminars, training, etc. In addition to the strategic place (at the front of campus), the building is equipped with international standard amenities such as LCD Sound System, Projector, Air Conditioner (AC) etc.

Student Center (SC)

This meeting room that is a relatively more relaxed than any two other meeting rooms in FEB UI is located in the student organization basecamp in the 2nd floor. The renovation completed in 2009 make Student Center look even more fun to visit. With green-nuanced paint, this room is able to give a sense of comfort for its visitors.

The fairly complete facilities such as Air Conditioning and LCD Projector as well as the big enough room capacity around 200 people, emit increasingly the appeal of this meeting room. It is not surprising that after the renovation, the user of SC room increases. No different to any other meeting space, SC is often used for activities such as seminars, training, as well as lecture activities.

Tritura

TRITURA meeting room has a room area that is smaller than FEB Auditorium and capacity up to100 people. When entering TRITURA, then we will find a room that looks like a judiciary room, because in this part of the end of the front room, there is a table wrapped in green cloth that is higher than the table audience. With a design that looks formal and serious, it makes the room located in this Soenario Kolopaking building often used for activities such as training, seminars, and lectures. Other available facilities are complete enough, among others, Air Conditioner (AC) and LCD Projector

Meeting Room

Prof. Dr. Djoko Soetono Meeting Room

The meeting room located in the 3rd floor of Dean office Building of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia has a capacity of at least 50 people. This room is often used in internal meetings, as well as receive guests from the partner universities.

 

Prof. Mr. Soenario Kolopaking Meeting Room

This meeting room is also located in the 3rd floor of Dekanat FEB UI building. It is the same as Djoko Soetono meeting room, this meeting room has a capacity of at least 50 people. This room is often used for internal meetings, and lectures.
